CNC Machining

CAD Design
Every V4EVO part begins as a CAD model, where engineering and aesthetics are resolved together rather than traded off.
Working from precise scan data, our design team shapes each component to fit the V4 platform perfectly, optimising weight, airflow and structural strength while keeping the lines unmistakably Ducati.
We now extend that same capability beyond our own catalogue, offering bespoke design solutions for builders and brands who demand parts engineered to the same uncompromising standard.
3D Laser Scanning
Precision starts with capturing reality exactly as it is. Our 3D laser scanner records the existing geometry of any make or model down to the finest detail, building a true digital twin of the motorcycle.
From that data our design team develops parts that fit flawlessly the first time: no trial fitting, no shimming, no surprises.
It is how we deliver solutions that are both visually striking and built with an innate affinity for racing performance, bringing that same rigour to platforms beyond the Ducati V4.
Our Workflow
We have set our focus on Ducati motorcycles, and especially the new V4 platform. Only by narrowing our focus this tightly can we develop the breadth and depth of products these exotic machines deserve.
