RETURN POLICY

General Defective-Parts Returns (All Products)

All sales are considered final unless a part is defective.
 - 
If a part is defective, you may request a return within 14 Â days from the delivery date, free of shipping costs. Valid proof (photographs and video) showing the defect is required.
 - 
V4evo LTD reserves the right to deny any return if the product shows excessive use, including—but not limited to—missing parts, dents or scratches, or any damage affecting appearance or performance.

If the package is damaged in transit (mishandling during shipping), the customer must contact V4evo LTD immediately so that a claim can be filed with the carrier and corrective measures taken.

Stock Carbon & Titanium Parts (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

For all carbon and titanium parts that are stocked (not custom-made), customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery.
 - 
To initiate a return under this right, you must:

Submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the product.
 - 
Ship the item back in unused, undamaged condition, including all original tags, manuals, and packaging.
 - 
Include the Order ID clearly on the outside of the package or on an attached note.
 
 -

Shipping costs for the return are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is confirmed defective or sent in error by V4evo LTD.
 - 
Once V4evo LTD receives and inspects the returned product (within 14 days of receiving your request), a full refund (minus original shipping charges) will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
 - 
If the product is found to be used, damaged, or missing parts, V4evo LTD reserves the right to refuse a full refund or issue a partial refund based on the product’s condition.

Acknowledgment of Return Terms

By completing the purchase of any stock carbon or titanium part, the customer acknowledges and accepts:

Their 14-day withdrawal right and the requirement to return the item in original, unused condition.
 - 
Responsibility for return shipping costs (unless the item is confirmed defective).
 - 
That original shipping fees are non-refundable.
 - 
That any damage beyond normal handling may result in a reduced or denied refund.
